Restrictions
Please be aware that due to certain restrictions, our carriers may not be able to ensure safe delivery to specific addresses (honestly, nothing is worse than a lost package). Therefore, please provide detailed information about your address, such as street number/building number (if any).
Shipping Address Restrictions:
For US customers, orders over $89 qualify for free standard shipping, delivered to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam are not within our shipping range.
For Canadian customers, super expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence. Negligence includes but is not limited to providing incorrect delivery information, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In such cases, we cannot process refunds for you.
