Return Policy

We understand that things don't always go as planned, and we appreciate you choosing Vimly. If you still wish to request a refund, we aim to ensure you have a satisfactory experience.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.

 

What is the return policy?

Please note: The shipping cost is borne by the buyer (unless it is due to a quality issue or incorrect item sent).

Return Conditions:

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.
  2. Items must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  3. The following items are non-returnable: underwear, swimwear, custom-made items, and sale items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service and provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Customer service will provide you with the return address and specific return instructions.
  3. Send the item(s) back to the specified address.

 

When will I receive my refund?

  1. Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and confirm the returned item is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  2. Refund Method: The refund will be returned to your original payment account.
  3. Important Notes: Due to different payment platforms, the refund processing time may vary. If you have not received your refund within 14 days after returning the product, please email us immediately at service@vimlystore.com.

Additional Information
Please note that the following situations are not considered quality defects:

  • Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color differences due to display differences do not constitute quality issues.
  • Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference changes are not considered quality issues.
  • Damage caused by use, washing, maintenance, improper care, self-repair, alteration, or other human factors does not constitute quality issues.
  • Please refer to our size chart to decide on your purchase, as our service team can only provide suggestions. Returns due to size issues are not considered quality issues.
  • Due to different product designs, slight variations may exist between items of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchange services. However, you can place a new order and initiate a return for the original item. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned package.
